Due to the nature of soap related products, we cannot accept returns unless it is due to damaged packaging that affects the use of the product. All return postage costs are paid for by the customer.

Proof of Postage - When returning an item to us, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage, so we recommend retaining your proof of postage until your order has been received and your refund processed.

Refunds - Please allow up to 14 working days, from the day we receive your returned item(s), for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email when your refund has been completed.

If our customers change their mind, we would need to be contacted within a few hours but less than 24 hrs of the order being placed, due to the rapid turnaround of fulfilling orders.

We aim to dispatch within 24 hours if weekday order and if weekend order, dispatch is on the Monday.

Postage is calculated at checkout, and is based on weight and size of order. We have no control over postage fee for weight and size, as one soap sponge is classed as a small parcel. 

Soap -  We use Vegetable glycerin soap in our sponges, which is a safe alternative for dog soap as it is high in PH. Vegetable glycerin retains moisture and is made from natural products. The soap is SLS and SLES free. We are also vegan and cruelty free in our colours and essential oils. We source from reputable companies who also adhere to cruelty free products.

All dogs are able to benefit from our soap sponges as the ingredients are safe for all skin types, sensitive, dry etc.

What we do advise, is that if your dog is pregnant or has recently had puppies and is feeding, that you take advice from a VET before using, this is because of the essential oil our sponges contain.
